How often do we hear someone say, “I don’t have an artistic bone in my body,” or “I can’t even draw a straight line”? The truth is, most of us stop drawing around the age of ten, right when we begin to doubt ourselves. As Picasso famously said, “Every child is an artist.”
The real challenge isn’t starting. It’s continuing. Staying connected to your creativity as you grow older can be tough. But just like learning to play an instrument, drawing and painting are skills you can build with the right guidance.

TUITION
Tuition & Policies for Art Lessons

Tuition fees can be paid in full, or by 3 payments for the Fall Term and 5 payments for the Spring Term

Payments can be made by postdated cheques or e-transfers

A school t-shirt is required for this class: $20.00

All art supplies are included in the tuition fees
Payment Policies:
1. All payments must be made by a complete set of 3 or 5 postdated cheques or etransfers.
2. Payment for lessons are made by postdated cheques or etransfers dated the 1st-10th of each month.
3. All due payments received after the 10th of each month is subject to a $15 late fee.
4. In the event of a TEACHER'S ABSENCE or an unforseen circumstance, closure for weather the lesson will be rescheduled by the teacher at the end of the term.
5. Lessons missed due to STUDENT ABSENCE for any reason or circumstance is not rescheduled or replaced.
6. Once a student has a lesson time, any changes must be done through the office only.
7. All withdrawals from lessons require a 1 month's written notice to the office and refunded fees are passed on the remaining instructional days once the month period is passed.

Painting & Drawing
We teach comprehensive painting in the class including the proper use of brushes, colour mixing using watercolours and tempera paint and other mediums such as soft and oil pastels. The students develop their drawing skills. This class builds confidence and individual creativity in a guided but fun artistic environment.

Drawer's Club
This class helps students to discover and develop their drawing skills with a variety of materials such as variety of pencils, graphite, charcoal, soft and oil pastels. Realsim and shading techniques along with tradition form and blending.
