Private Lesson Overview

Private lessons times are based on a 30 mintue lesson per week (45 and 60 minute lessons time are available). All fees are based the fall term of 10 weeks and the Spring term of 16 weeks

Fees & Schedule: Registration fee: $25​

• Fall Term:

  • Dates: September 10 – November 26, 2025

  • Length: 10 weeks

  • Tuition: $350

• Spring Term:

  • Dates: January 7 – May 13, 2026

  • Length: 16 weeks

  • Tuition: $560

• Full Year Tuition: $910

• Registration Fee: $25

Tuition can be paid by the following options:

• Full Payment (Fall & Spring Terms):  $910.00

• Fall Term: 3 payments of $116.67

• Spring Term: 5 payments of $112.00

 

Payment Policies:

1. All payments must be made by a complete set of 3 or 5 postdated cheques or etransfers.

2. Payment for lessons are made by postdated cheques or etransfers dated the 1st-10th of each month. 

3. All due payments received after the 10th of each month is subject to a $15 late fee.

4. In the event of a TEACHER'S ABSENCE or an unforseen circumstance, closure for weather the lesson will be rescheduled by the teacher at the end of the term.

5. Lessons missed due to STUDENT ABSENCE  for any reason  or circumstance is not rescheduled or replaced.

6. Once a student has a lesson time, any changes must be done through the office only.

7. All withdrawals from lessons require a 1 month's written notice to the office and refunded fees are passed on the remaining instructional days  once the month period is passed.
